I\'m 5\'3 ~140lbs, measuring 42-30-40, 34G. I got the medium and it fit slightly too loose on my shoulders. Small would have slightly fit better, and the stretchy material would conform to my chest. I wrote to the seller LaSuiveur who was no help at all, telling me to talk to Amazon for a size return instead because apparently they have no control over their own product! I ordered a small it fits perfect not too big not too small. It\'s not see through although just like any other clothes (leggings) if you buy them too small you will stretch the material and you will be able to see through it. The length above my knees is about 4 inches, it\'s perfect. The stitching seems legit, in my opinion it was a good bargain.
