I\'m 5\'3 ~140lbs, measuring 42-30-40, 34G. I got the medium and it fit slightly too loose on my shoulders. Small would have slightly fit better, and the stretchy material would conform to my chest. I wrote to the seller LaSuiveur who was no help at all, telling me to talk to Amazon for a size return instead because apparently they have no control over their own product! For the price you can\'t beat this dress!! I\'m 5\'11, 155lbs, 34 30 38. It\'s longer than I expected being tall, which I love (like the picture 2inches above my knee). The material is so soft on the inside, silky on the outside, and stretchy/thick enough that I won\'t have to wear a bra (I\'m a Not-even-A cup). The sleeves are more like 3/4 sleeves on me, but don\'t mind that. Bra and underwear will show be visible (not see through, just super fitted so underwear lines will be seen), so spanks might be something

I bought a Medium. I am 5\'7 and 175 lbs. Fits perfectly. I have this in multiple colors and it always comes in great condition. The dress is very soft on the inside and warm. I would not recommend this for a summer event but it\'s perfect for other seasons. 34 x 42 x 39
