This dress is as advertised. The material isn\'t super thin but not heavy either. I\'m 5\'8 190lbs (muscular, broad build) and I ordered a Large. With spanx I could wear it with confidence, It\'s just too snug around my lower abdomen for me to really feel comfortable wearing out - an XL would\'ve been better for where I\'m at now but I bought it smaller on purpose as I\'m still losing weight (110lbs down and counting) and my goal is to fit into this perfectly by Christmas. The material was great for someone who has 4 seasons. The look of it was nice but I was under the impression it were shorter and not made of such hot material.if I liked long dresses I\'d love this. But I\'m sorry , to say long is out of my league..
