The material is super stretchy although it isn’t quite what I would consider normal fabric. It almost seems like a costume like material and is a bit shiny. Hopefully it’s cut enough for a photo shoot or date night. It’s a flattering design.

Looks better when the skirt is pulled up looking like a dress with the top
