I scoured the reviews and settled on a medium, while it fit like a glove I could have gone with a small, but I do have imperfections so medium worked great too.Packaging: standard see-through zippered bag, dress was neatly folded. It did have wrinkles and I was concerend it would need to be tossed in the dryer or steamed
