I'm 5' 0 , about 115lbs and got a small. I just tried it on to get an idea of fit, and I can already tell this dress is a perfect addition to my closet. It fits like a glove (and for that reason leave little to the imagination) and is so comfortable with a fleece-like lining. This should make it perfect for wear during the colder months.
