I really like the dress. I bought dark green and red. I give it a four just because its a bit tight on me. It\'s the type of material. Yes you can wear with a waist band. I will return it and possibly get large and ill still wear a waist band anyway. I rather be comfortable than worrying about the way it looks. I\'m 5\'6 and about 135lbs. My usual waist size-29.
