I mean I’m not a slide pro but these do what I need them to. I definitely can say they don’t “poke” or “stab” your feet. You can feel a bumpy surface which I do not complain about it’s just better traction when in the shower.

The product is worth the money. Absolutely perfect for healing of plantar fasciitis. After two weeks of use, I started feeling improvement. Just one word of caution: the color did not match the picture. The orange that looked so vibrant turned out to be a burnt orange that is not very attractive. Bought these for my son for college. He works as a lifeguard and started wearing them for work. He says they work very well and are fairly comfortable (as long as it is not an 8 hour day).
