I really like the dress. I bought dark green and red. I give it a four just because its a bit tight on me. It\'s the type of material. Yes you can wear with a waist band. I will return it and possibly get large and ill still wear a waist band anyway. I rather be comfortable than worrying about the way it looks. I\'m 5\'6 and about 135lbs. My usual waist size-29. Freaking love it! I am super hard on myself and hate wearing tight dresses that might show everything, plus I want to be comfortable- this dress does it all. I love the almost fleece feeling inside as it will be warm for the outdoor all white party I got it for. I am 5\'6 160lb and normally wear a large, which is what I ordered and it fits perfect. Not too big or small and has some good stretch. You have to wear nude bra and panties under it but it isn\'t super see through like other white items I have.
