The reviews are helpful when you include your size and how it fits. I am 5'3, 157-160 ;; 34-DD chest, 44-hips. I ordered a Medium and Large due to I had a shenanigan to attend and did not have time for returns. I didn't have to open the Large bc the Medium gave me just a lil too much room in the front, lower stomach area. It’s very slimming. I’m 5’11, 200lbs and carry most my weight in my midsection. I wear a L-XL and am glad I got a medium like the reviews recommended. This one piece smooths my belly and back rolls and breathes well. The black is a little see through in the bum but I plan on wearing this with a long cardigan. Lifts the booty and the legs don’t roll up at all, and I have big thighs. I have a longer torso and it doesn’t mash my cookie either! Highly recommend!
