This dress is the BEST! I am 5'3 125 lbs roughly size 4-5 36D and the small dress fit like a GLOVE. The neckline is a bit lower than I expected, making this dress super sexy. I know some didn't like it, but I LOVE the fleece-feeling inside. It's not fleece, but it's a soft interior lining that helps the tight dress roll on easily (how thoughtful!) and keep it from being too opaque. This is a great dress! It is very comfortable and fits as expected. I’m 5’7” and about 140 lbs and this size is perfect. It is definitely a dress for evening - I wouldn’t feel comfortable with wearing such a form-fitting dress to work. It is also a little longer than expected, but is easy to fold along the bottom to make it slightly shorter when you wear it. Overall, would recommend!
