I\'m 5\'3 ~140lbs, measuring 42-30-40, 34G. I got the medium and it fit slightly too loose on my shoulders. Small would have slightly fit better, and the stretchy material would conform to my chest. I wrote to the seller LaSuiveur who was no help at all, telling me to talk to Amazon for a size return instead because apparently they have no control over their own product! Beautiful, hugs my body nicely. Only downfall is it does get the little cotton beads from sitting on a rougher surface and putting in the dryer. I recommend letting it air dry instead of putting it in a dryer.
