I\'m 5\'3 ~140lbs, measuring 42-30-40, 34G. I got the medium and it fit slightly too loose on my shoulders. Small would have slightly fit better, and the stretchy material would conform to my chest. Beautiful, hugs my body nicely. Only downfall is it does get the little cotton beads from sitting on a rougher surface and putting in the dryer. I recommend letting it air dry instead of putting it in a dryer.
