I really like the dress. I bought dark green and red. I give it a four just because its a bit tight on me. It\'s the type of material. Yes you can wear with a waist band. I will return it and possibly get large and ill still wear a waist band anyway. I rather be comfortable than worrying about the way it looks. I\'m 5\'6 and about 135lbs. My usual waist size-29. It is very transparent, but super comfortable and the fit/color were great. With an opaque shaping slip underneath it looks much better, but I may size up if I order again since it can\'t be worn solo. Otherwise super cute !
